Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Local Delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders over RM69 within Peninsular Malaysia. For orders under rm69, we charge RM10 for local delivery.
Deliveries are made from 4p.m to 5p.m on business days. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at houznitetrading@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

When it comes to refunds, you have one option:
Cash Refund
We offer 100% cash refunds for any/all item(s) in your order. Your refund will be processed to whatever payment method you used when placing your order.
Return Shipping
Please note that you will be responsible for any and all return shipping costs. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs if the item you are returning is damaged.
