Then, we arr continue and focus on modal and expenses to promote Hayla Heejab, here i concluded that we know about how many total sale in a day and also in a weeks. As an operations manage is not as easy as I thought, I’m Muhammad Zakwan Bin Rizal gain a lot of new knowledge such as how to manage online, master latest online selling skills and knowledge in conventional sales that require high commitment and skills. For the start -up of this company, I was responsible for monitor sales performance and planning appropriate strategies. Furthermore, skills in the field of sales are closely related to customers who need communication skills in customer service. The data of customers will also be updated and I will be assisting the group for marketing purposes such as upcoming promotions. As a result of this project, I found a number of things I could improve from customer feedback and improvements from myself and also the company. Eventually, I found myself more confident in communicating, more daring to make online sales while working in groups teaching me personally to be tolerant in achieving goals

Based on the project, I was assigned as Operations Manager at Houznite Trading. There are a few things the company gives me and I have to do them like manage sales. I was assigned to collect sales and send customer information to HQ. in addition, I need to monitor the performance of the company in order to identify any shortcomings and address the problems. Not only that, I was also able to learn how to manage customers. Of course, the way to manage customers online is quite different compared to managing customers in-store, so it’s an exciting experience. I also need to update the customer about the status of the purchased item such as giving their "tracking number" and solving customer problems. Finally, I need to examine the "feedback" from customers for us to identify the shortcomings of our company so that in the future we can improve our sales procedures
